BCL Surveyors are Registered Professional Surveyors. Registered Professional Surveyors can ensure that your surveying project will be carried out according to the rigorous standards set by the New Zealand Institute of Surveyors.

BCL Surveyors are Licensed Cadastral Surveyors, this means we have particular expertise in the area of cadastral surveying (surveying that is related to land ownership and property boundaries). Only a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor is qualified to prepare the legal plans necessary to define property boundaries for the issue of new titles.

We are members of the New Zealand Institute of Surveyors: Consultants Division, this allows us to trade information and ideas with colleagues to ensure we work to industry best practice.
